Express shipping within Australia is complimentary and sent via Australia Post.
Express Shipping usually takes 1-3 days.

INTERNATIONAL
Fedex Express international Shipping is a flat rate of $50 AUD.
Please be aware that the recipient of the delivery is responsible for any additional taxes or duties imposed by customs at the destination country.
In adherence to Australian export regulations, we are obligated to declare the precise value of all items ordered and mark them as dutiable "merchandise." It is essential to note that, by law, we cannot designate the order as a "gift," even if the intention is to send it as a gift. For more details, contacting local customs offices may be necessary.

Refunds and order cancellations are not available for custom made orders once production has commenced. Standard size orders are eligible for returns for store credit only.

For a MADOH. store credit, please initiate the return process by notifying us via email for approval.

Once approved, we will provide you with our return PO Box address.

MADOH. does not provide coverage for return shipping expenses.

Returns should include the original invoice. It's important to note that we exclusively provide store credit and do not offer refunds unless the garment is determined to be faulty.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

- Be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

- Reach MADOH. within 14 days from the date of purchase.

- Items with stains, fake tan, or makeup marks will be rejected, and a re-shipping fee will apply for the return.

Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
